Frost provides banking, investments, and insurance services to businesses and individuals throughout Texas. As a User Experience Designer I, you will design and implement innovative and user-centric software application interfaces to optimize consumer experience within Frost applications.
Design innovative and user-centric software application interfaces that effectively optimize consumer experience within Frost applications
Assist in obtaining and utilizing usability studies, customer interviews, focus groups, and competitive benchmarking to positively inform software design decisions
Demonstrate strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, color theory, and hierarchy, to create aesthetically refined and accessible interfaces that align with brand and design system standards
Create detailed UI specs and collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation
Create user flows, wireframes, site maps, and prototypes to ensure that design concepts being implemented are user-friendly across organizational platforms

Qualification
Required
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Interaction Design, Information Science, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
Experience with Figma, Sketch, Invision, Photoshop or other prototyping software
Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing
Ability to create simple user experiences within a complex environment
Preferred
Experience with HTML and CSS
Experience with Apple and Android products
