They are seeking a motivated Junior UX Researcher to assist in planning, conducting, and analyzing user research to inform product design and development, working closely with designers and product managers.
Assist in the planning and execution of user research studies, including usability testing, interviews, and surveys.
Conduct literature reviews and competitive analyses to inform research questions and hypotheses.
Help recruit participants for research studies and manage participant schedules.
Facilitate user research sessions, including moderating interviews and usability tests.
Collaborate with the UX team to synthesize research findings and present insights to stakeholders.
Document research processes and findings in clear, concise reports.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX research.
Contribute to the development of research methodologies and tools.
Qualification
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in UX research or a related field.
Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in research tools and software (e.g., UserZoom, EnjoyHQ, Dovetail, etc.).
Basic knowledge of UX design principles and processes.
Portfolio of Research or Case Studies.
Preferred
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Miro, Excel) is a plus.
Familiarity with agile development processes is a plus.
