Responsibilities

Communicate build forecasts to global data centers.
Coordinate with data center personnel to ensure deployment of racks within Service Level Objective (SLO) for all builds, removing blockers and helping sites prioritize work.
Learn and understand all deployment program tactical systems and processes. Improve and sustain projects as necessary.
Work with site leaders, site teams, and cross-functional teams to identify gaps, make improvement recommendations, lead/encourage/support change, and establish relationships.
Analyze and communicate data center deployment performance and opportunities to executive leadership.

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
1 year of experience in program or project management.
Experience in data center operations and rack deployment.
Experience with data analytics (e.g., SAP, SQL, dashboards).

Preferred

1 year of experience in managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience in working with cross-team (e.g., global, multicultural, and organizational).
Ability to work in a technical environment.
