Develop analytic solutions to optimize Utilization Management in healthcare
Explore, examines and interprets large volumes of data in various forms
Perform analyses of structured and unstructured data to solve moderately complex business problems
Utilize advanced statistical techniques and mathematical analyses
Develop data structures and pipelines to organize, collect and standardize data that helps generate insights and addresses reporting needs
Use data visualization techniques to effectively communicate analytical results and support business decisions
Create and evaluates the data needs of assigned projects and assures the integrity of the data
Explore existing data and recommends additional sources of data for improvements
Document projects including business objectives, data gathering and processing, detailed set of results and analytical metrics
Qualification
Required
2+ years of relevant analytic experience
2+ years' experience in SQL
1+ year experience programming using Python
1+ year of business experience leading analyses and initiatives with track record of business impact using data driven insights
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related discipline.
Preferred
Experience with Google Cloud Platform, big query, and other cloud-based tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills, experience presenting information to various audiences
Ability to effectively resolve problems and roadblocks as they occur
Interest in statistical analysis, data engineering and data visualization
Ability to work with large data sets from multiple data sources
