Progress Residential is a leading provider of property management for single-family rental homes in the United States. They are seeking a passionate UX Designer who will create exceptional user experiences and collaborate with teams to refine products through research-driven design.
Gather requirements from stakeholders and product partners to help define user personas and journeys
Present design concepts, user needs, and design rationale to multidisciplinary teams, key stakeholders and business partners
Develop wireframes and prototypes that are scalable and have thoughtful design patterns in mind
Work closely with development teams to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and to specifications
Collaborate with other designers to create design systems and guidelines that ensure consistency and quality across all consumer digital experiences
Analyze user experience data and provide recommendations to address business needs
Participate in and contribute to learning activities around modern software design and development core practices
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our UX/UI
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of previous UX Design experience working directly with Product Management, Engineering, and business stakeholders
Figma required
Experience designing consumer-facing web applications and mobile apps
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Demonstrated ability in developing wireframes, prototypes, and craft visual design elements for products
A portfolio demonstrating a range of UX design work and the ability to solve complex design problems.
A good understanding of programming languages, content management systems and design tools
