They are seeking a UX Designer to contribute to a world-class healthcare digital platform by creating process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user satisfaction and performance.
Quickly yet thoroughly create process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups as needed to effectively conceptualize and communicate detailed interaction behaviors.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide a bridge between design aesthetics and functional usability, contributing to the overall performance and user satisfaction of the digital platform.
Assess and optimize the performance of new and existing features by applying UCD principles.
Contribute to user interface design and development best practices and standards.
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills including the ability to communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.
Qualification
Required
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Phoenix, AZ or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 2 years of experience in Information Technology.
Experience in designing end-to-end enterprise-scale cloud software or services.
Experience working with and contributing to comprehensive design systems.
Fluency in best practices for web-based information architecture and design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques.
Proficiency in modern component-based design tools such as Figma and the Adobe Creative suite.
A strong online portfolio demonstrating past work experience and relevant, user-centered design solutions is required.
Proven track record of creatively solving hard problems, driving complex design issues across multidisciplinary groups such as engineering, product management, and research; and shipping relevant experiences within deadlines.
Experience in balancing user goals, business requirements and technical constraints to deliver delightful and meaningful product experiences.
