OCLC, a non-profit cooperative of libraries, uses cloud-based infrastructure to connect libraries to manage and share the world’s knowledge. The Experience Designer, Design Systems position will play a key role in supporting and maintaining OCLC's design system, bridging design and development teams to ensure a consistent application of the design language across all products.

Connect key groups of people, Research, Experience, Business teams to deliver the work and socialize it
Create detailed UI designs with accessibility in mind and collaborate with engineers to bring it to life.
Collaborate with UXD researcher on research plan, stakeholder interviews, user interviews, etc.
Conduct and moderate usability testing for your assigned projects.
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in responsive design, visual design or related field.
2+ years of experience with responsive design and related best practices as well as with designing enterprise web applications.
2+ years of experience creating UX deliverables such as wireframes, user flows, user journeys, sitemaps, personas, high fidelity designs, Figma prototypes, etc.
Comfortable using design tools such as Figma, Sketch, etc.
