The Professional 2, Creative Development coordinates the development of advertising and marketing communications materials, focusing on effective representation of the organization's products and services. This role involves managing website content, collaborating with stakeholders, and enhancing user experience through design improvements.
Managing and authoring content across Humana Military’s websites ensuring the correct and appropriate content is available to end users to meet and maintain contract requirements.
Collaborate with marketing leadership, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to plan for publishing of content and website changes at regular intervals.
Design and Collaborate with senior designers to improve the User Interface and User Experience within Humana Military work streams.
Makes independent decisions regarding work methods and strategies, following established guidelines while receiving guidance as needed. Exercises critical thinking to determine appropriate actions in varied situations.

Required
U.S. citizenship for this position.
Successfully receive interim approval for government security clearance (NBIS - National Background Investigation Services)
HGB is not authorized to do work in Puerto Rico per our government contract. We are not able to hire candidates that are currently living in Puerto Rico.
Bachelor's degree
Must live in the Eastern Time zone
2 years of experience with web development, or content management work
1 year of experience in marketing
Proficient in the use of content management systems, such as Cite core, Word press, Adobe Experience Manager
Experience with data analytics
Experience with managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
