Ameriprise Financial is a diversified financial services leader with over $1 trillion in assets under management. They are seeking a Technology Leadership Development Program Associate to participate in an 18-month experiential program that includes rotations across various technology pathways, aimed at cultivating business knowledge and leadership skills.
Develop, document, test, and modify new and existing code
Develop, document, test, modify, and maintain new and existing software applications
Develop working knowledge of Ameriprise systems, processes, data, and vendor tools
Learn and apply standard techniques, procedures, and criteria to the development life cycle
Participation in Technology LDP Committees
Qualification
Required
Current Senior at a 4-year university pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Science, Management Information Systems, or related field.
Graduation date of December 2024 or May/June 2025
Commitment to complete the full 18-month Leadership Development Program
Preferred
High degree of self-motivation with strong integrity and ethics
Proven organization skills and ability to manage time effectively
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Ability to work and communicate collaboratively with all levels of the organization including team members, managers, and senior leaders
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Prior classroom, project, or work experience with software development/programming/coding
