As a Software Engineer I for the Demand Planning team, you will contribute to the design and development of new features and improve existing systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Develop, test, and deploy new software solutions in accordance with company standards and best practices
Collaborate with senior engineers, cross-functional teams and venders to design and implement software features
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance, bugs, and system errors
Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code and maintainability
Assist in the continuous improvement of the software development lifecycle
Write clear, maintainable, and well-documented code
Keep up with emerging technologies and implement them when appropriate

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong foundational knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, JavaScript, or others
Experience with object-oriented programming and basic data structures
Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
Good communication skills and a willingness to learn from senior team members
