Responsibilities

Develop and maintain customer-facing applications in line with company requirements
Implement test-driven development best practices
Adhere to coding standards for resilience, data, and security
Design, test, develop, maintain customer-facing applications in line with company requirements to meet the needs of the business
Reviews system requirements and business processes; codes, tests, debugs and implements software solutions
Working closely with cross-functional departments to communicate project statuses and proposals
Performs other duties as required

Qualification

Required

Experience with modern programming languages
Writing API's which connect cloud technologies to other cloud or on-prem technologies
Java development language (required)
Familiarity with Scrum methodology and DevOps best practices
Communication and team collaboration skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
Zero to two years of programming experience
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred

Spring Boot Java framework
Works within the Eclipse development environment (IDE)
Maven for Java
Azure Dev Ops (ADO) for CI and CD deployment pipelines
AWS cloud services for hosting
Docker containers for hosting
Mongo DB for databases for services
