The Quality Assurance Specialist will work closely with internal colleagues to maintain and grow the R&D Systems Quality Management System in alignment with international quality and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Facilitate NC (Non-Conformance), CAPA and Change Control Process
Customer communication
Review and approve documents, labels and other documentation.
Attend customer project meetings as QA representative
Manage the discontinuation process.
Assist in Customer and Regulatory audits.
Manage recall activities.
Perform Internal Audits.
Generate monthly metrics for reporting.
Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualification

Required

B.S degree in Biology related disciplines which provides for the background necessary to perform the work.
0 to 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance and/or Regulatory Affairs.
Self-motivated and must have strong organizational skills.
Critical thinking skills.
Detail oriented.
Ability to respond to inquiry and request in a timely manner.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to multi-task.
Good communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
