Responsibilities

Reviewing progress with IT leadership, technical teams and internal customers
Monitoring, evaluating, managing and executing testing processes
Providing subject matter expertise to IT teams on quality assurance methodologies
Making recommendations for improvements to the software development and testing process
Designing and monitoring performance metrics program for quality improvement

Qualification

Required

Bachelor of Business Administration
In-depth knowledge of one or more end-to-end systems lifecycle development methodologies as well as quality management and improvement
2+ years of experience as a QA Tester or similar role
Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira) to organize and track testing efforts
Familiarity with DevOps methodologies

Preferred

AWS certifications
Previous fintech experience
