Responsibilities

Sales trainees will learn to apply their product knowledge to solve customer problems and their selling skills to establish and grow accounts.
Graduates of the Sales Training Program are assigned a sales territory that will vary in size.
There is an established career path that offers significant promotional opportunity for those individuals who excel.

Qualification

Required

BS in an Engineering discipline or in Business/Marketing or commensurate experience
Degree of mechanical aptitude
Desire to work in a variety of challenging manufacturing environments
Strong work ethic
High degree of self-discipline
Self-motivation
Good social skills
Enthusiasm
Willingness to relocate to open territories within the United States
