Aon is a global provider of risk management, insurance and reinsurance brokerage, human resources solutions, and outsourcing services. They are seeking a Digital Product Manager to lead the rollout of digital products and advocate for end-users while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Play a central role in the rollout of various digital products, starting with a consumer and agent-facing platform that will empower policy-holders to perform common tasks via a web-based portal.
Be the primary advocate for end-users and have ownership to lead a cross-functional team that will work with multiple business units and shared services to develop, test, measure, and continuously improve digital assets in partnership with stakeholders across the organization.
Utilize Agile, lean start-up methodology, and other innovation best practices to anchor solution development with a solid understanding of user needs to accelerate speed-to-learning and successful launch.
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of product management experience
Demonstrate strong strategic and leadership capabilities and a willingness to work alongside their team to act as the primary advocate for end-users.
Previous experience acting as the 'voice of the user' and demonstrated ability to establish a clear vision and 'the story' to key team members across product stages.
Leadership experience with cross-functional teams (business stakeholders, subject matter experts, product analysts, UX designers, IT architects, sales and marketing teams, and external technology partners).
Decision-making abilities to solve organizational needs with technology, process, product, and planning.
Resourceful with ability to manage challenging priorities across a multi-phased sprint and release plan.
Anticipate needs and improve backlog of product features.
Belief in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, and trust across the team.
Flexible and able to embrace change and excel in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail, and strong organizational and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree is required
