IQVIA provides analytics, compliance, and management solutions to the life sciences industry. The Business Systems Configuration Analyst will support the development and enhancement of business systems, ensuring effective planning and reporting to improve client features.
Formulating and defining systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and requirements.
Creating reports using SSRS and/or other reporting technology (Power BI) based on user requirements.
Modifying moderately complex information systems using low code configuration tools.
Participating in the analysis of business and user needs, and revising existing system logic as necessary.
Configuring and customizing Planview Portfolios to meet business requirements.
Integrating Planview with other enterprise systems and ensuring data consistency.
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration.
Two (2) years of experience supporting low code system implementations.
Knowledge of laboratory business-wide applications (e.g., Watson LIMS, IDBS, PlanView Portfolios) or IQVIA Laboratories applications and products.
Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
Demonstrated ability to understand client requirements and underlying infrastructure applications, systems, and processes.
Experience with data integration tools and techniques.
Understanding of SOX and/or GxP compliance requirements and internal controls.
Strong communication skills to translate technical information into understandable terms for various audiences.
