As a Business Intelligence Engineer II, you will support Medicare Risk Adjustment initiatives by collaborating with developers to create reporting solutions and assist in data integration, enabling effective data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Collaborate with team members and internal business partners to design, create, and maintain reports and dashboards providing insights into key metrics related to Medicare Risk Adjustment
Assist in developing data integration processes between various vendor systems, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy
Support the design and implementation of reporting databases to meet analytical needs, working closely with other team members to develop new features and optimize performance
Work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to create effective partnerships to meet data and reporting needs
Participate in identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementation of best practices for data management and reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Healthcare Informatics, or equivalent verifiable experience
1-3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or data management, preferably within the healthcare or insurance industry
Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (Power BI preferred)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable reports
Experience with data integration and ETL processes
Preferred
Familiarity with healthcare data systems and an understanding of Medicare Risk Adjustment processes
Knowledge of database design and management, with experience in building reporting databases
