The Analyst I Project Management role is responsible for supporting ISB Offering Accounts and Business Units to enable business leaders to drive profitable growth through process improvements and project management.
Assist the Process Enablement and PMO team in the management of internal process improvements and projects, ensuring they align with defined business/project goals and timelines
Assist in the preparation of process improvement/project status reports for stakeholders
Learn all facets of the process improvement and project methodology
Analyze project data and provide actionable insights for process improvement
Engage in continuous learning and professional development
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure process improvement/project documentation is up-to-date and organized
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with project management, data analysis, and reporting
A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
