I-77 Mobility Partners LLC is financing, developing, designing, constructing, operating and maintaining the I-77 Express project. The Traffic & Revenue Data Analyst will analyze traffic data to develop accurate forecasts and optimize revenue, playing a crucial role in feasibility analysis of project developments.
Develop and maintain sophisticated spreadsheet-based models to project traffic and revenue, considering historical data and prevailing economic conditions.
Develop and improve methods of analyzing traffic data.
Support Advanced Analytics projects for optimization of projects in operation.
Prepare traffic & revenue-related memos examining trends, leading indicators, and travel patterns, and present findings and forecasts to supervisors and company executives.
Stay abreast of regional policies, market trends, and technological advancements that may impact traffic and revenue projections.
Collaborate with the cross-functional department to prepare traffic and revenue components of feasibility analyses for potential projects.
Qualification
Required
Completed a Bachelor’s degree.
1 to 3+ years of experience in data analysis, transportation analysis or equivalent academic experience required.
Experience in conducting research, analyzing data, identifying trends, and generating insights.
Highly motivated.

Superior organizational and self-management skills, including the ability to proactively manage tasks with strict deadlines.
Ability to interact with colleagues in a self-managed team structure.
Must be able to multitask, problem-solve, and implement innovative processes within a fast-paced environment.

Superior writing and verbal communication skills, particularly technical report writing skills.
Must be able to demonstrate high computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point and other PC based programs.
Preferred
Focus on transportation or a quantitative field such as Statistics, Analytics or a related field are a plus.
Coursework in transportation engineering, traffic analysis, traffic flow theory, and/or transportation planning are a plus.
Experience with discrete choice modeling, econometrics, or data mining would be valuable.
Desirable knowledge in ArcGIS, network modeling software, statistical software, experience in databases would be valuable.
Basic coding skills in Python and/or R, SQL or similar languages for data analysis and modeling are highly desirable.
