The Strategic Planning Associate will support and deliver complex strategic projects, requiring collaboration and independent task management, along with advanced data analysis skills.
Oversee medium to large-scale projects, leveraging agreed project plans and delivery methodologies. Accountability for the overall project management, performance, delivery to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
Utilize advanced data analysis techniques and tools to synthesize complex datasets, uncover patterns, and generate actionable insights that enhance productivity, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive informed decision-making
Responsible for the full life cycle of data projects, leveraging various technologies within the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI and Power Automate.
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience in the understanding of systems, software, and technological concepts.
Familiarity with data analysis tools and data modeling methodologies along with experience in Power BI reporting and Microsoft Power Platform (including Power Apps and Power Automate) or an advanced degree with relevant experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into insights and effectively communicate findings
Strong leadership and influence management skills
Proven technical, problem solving, and project management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in communication methods
Strong process orientation and change management / agent capabilities
Substantial PowerPoint presentation skills suitable for all levels of the organization
Self-motivated and self-directed work style, able to work with limited direction
Blends a strong technical background with knowledge of business needs to define strategic and tactical direction to the business
Ability to think strategically and to approach problems with a business mindset
Ability to work with both technical staff and non-technical users
Significant expertise in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
Competency in use of virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams)
Fluent English language skills – written and spoken; any additional language is a plus
