Qualification

Required

  • 1-3 years of Digital Analytics experience
  • Ability to analyze data, build dashboards, and generate insights with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
  • Can manipulate, aggregate, enrich, and connect data using domain-specific tools
  • Ability to interpret data and find insights
  • Proven track record of working in a team setting to collaborate and execute on projects
  • Project management skills
  • Communication skills to be able to present data insights in a clear and concise way.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Gathering data from various digital channels (web, mobile apps, social media) and analyzing it to identify trends and insights.
  • Reporting and Visualization: Creating detailed reports and dashboards to visualize data and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Campaign Performance: Assessing the performance of digital marketing campaigns and identifying optimization opportunities across different channels.
  • Technical Implementation: Managing and working with engineers to implement analytics tags (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) to ensure accurate data collection.
  • A/B Testing and Optimization: Measuring and analyzing A/B tests to inform digital strategy and improve user experience.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with IT, marketing, and other departments to ensure that analytics requirements are met and to support various projects.
  • Curiosity: Generally curious about data and is willing to dive deeper to learn more and uncover insights
  • Bachelor’s degree in quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or Economics.

Preferred

  • Experience with SQL or Python preferred
  • Experience with BI/Visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau a plus
