Associated Bank offers deposit and loan products, and they are seeking a Reporting Analyst I to support the reporting, analytical, and informational needs of their business lines. The role involves working with data to create solutions, develop reports and dashboards, and ensure data quality and validation.
Evaluate business applications, processes and problems with the end goal of developing strategies and solutions that add value to the business line.
Interface with business line to determine and create optimal data visualization and reporting metrics for assigned work.
Partner with Corporate Intelligence infrastructure team to provide requirements for data models and automations to continuously improve the self service business intelligence approach.
Discover and communicate meaningful insights in the data and communicate with the line of business users.
Create, execute, document test cases for data projects to include data validation to business line application screens and data structures.
Qualification
Required
Less than 2 years Experience not required with the completion of a Bachelor's degree.
Understanding of the data sources with use of data mining, data collection, data mapping and data ownership.
Technical development of stored procedures and data sets in SQL.
Developing reports and dashboards following departmental standards.
Creating, executing, and documenting test cases for data projects to include data validation to business line application screens and data structures.
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business or Computer Science.
