Associated Bank offers deposit and loan products and is committed to creating an inclusive culture. The Reporting Analyst I will partner with business lines to support their reporting and analytical needs, utilizing data mining and visualization techniques to develop solutions and insights.
Evaluate business applications, processes and problems with the end goal of developing strategies and solutions that add value to the business line. Position requires understanding of the data sources with use of data mining, data collection, data mapping and data ownership. Includes technical development of stored procedures and data sets in SQL, developing reports and dashboards following departmental standards and presenting information solution to business users.
Interface with business line to determine and create optimal data visualization and reporting metrics for assigned work. Document requirements with process workflow diagrams and data mapping.
Partner with Corporate Intelligence infrastructure team to provide requirements for data models and automations to continuously improve the self service business intelligence approach.
Discover and communicate meaningful insights in the data and communicate with the line of business users.
Create, execute, document test cases for data projects to include data validation to business line application screens and data structures.
Qualification
Required
Less than 2 years Experience not required with the completion of a Bachelor's degree.
Understand general Database concepts that impact the reporting and dataset creation.
Evaluate business applications, processes and problems with the end goal of developing strategies and solutions that add value to the business line.
Understanding of the data sources with use of data mining, data collection, data mapping and data ownership.
Technical development of stored procedures and data sets in SQL.
Developing reports and dashboards following departmental standards.
