The Analyst, IT Governance will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a global IT governance framework and supporting the global governance team to improve IT processes.

Responsibilities

Maintain and implement global IT governance model & structure tailored to Darling's needs, with a specific focus on North America.
Analyze, document, and implement process improvements.
Standardize IT processes and procedures where appropriate.
Assist in executing strategic communication plans, maintaining documentation, minutes, action lists, goals and metrics reports.
Communicate and explain IT governance updates to IT and business colleagues.

Qualification

Required

Highly organized; superior time management skills.
Strong written communication skills; clearly identifies problems & solutions.
Self-motivated; self-starter; extroverted personality.
Work well with all levels of the corporation.
0-3 years of experience in a related field.
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
Strong documentation skills using Microsoft Visio or similar process visualization tools.
Available to travel internationally as needed.

Preferred

Data analysis experience.
Experience in ITSM and/or IT process governance.
Knowledge of best practice IT Governance and process improvement methodologies, such as COBIT, CMMI, ITIL, or Six Sigma.
