The Data & Reporting Analyst will support the Complaints & Disputes group by providing data analysis and reporting, leading projects, and maintaining technical expertise to enhance decision making.
Data analysis and reporting using Oracle SQL tools
Design and produce on-going reporting / graphs to highlight trends of Complaints & Disputes to support Risk & Compliance and Complaints & Disputes Dashboards, Risk Assessment & Action Committee (RAAC) and Complaints Management Forum (CMF) sessions
Create and produce ad-hoc report requests, including requests related to Audits, Risk Events or change execution
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) as needed
Test Quality Support’s monitoring and control mechanisms to business processes to ensure we maintain compliance with policies and procedures, while making suggestions for enhancements
Generate monthly Quality results & trends reporting for Complaints & Disputes, including Vendor performance, and outsourcing results
Assist with providing volume related data to assist with forecasting, strategy and budget
Assist with the intake process of Complaints and Disputes
Research data issues and report and resolve discrepancies
Maintain documentation along with change management and testing documentation as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree Science, Technology, Engineering or Quantitative field required
1-3 years data analyst experience
Solid working knowledge writing, reading and troubleshooting SQL Queries
Importing / exporting data into SQL Server from various sources
Creating / modifying / executing SQL queries and Scripts
Creating Open Data Base Connectivity (ODBC) to SQL Server from Excel Spreadsheets or Access DBs so that end users can refresh reports directly in Excel or Access
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analysis skills
