Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate data sources for rationalization opportunities, including preparing strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
Develop conceptual and logical data models to support integration and improve data accessibility.
Define and codify data standards, creating frameworks to ensure compliance with governance requirements.
Support the development and negotiation of data-sharing agreements to ensure secure and efficient data integration.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and track metrics that measure progress and inform decision-making.
Draft and publish dashboards to present initiative progress to DoD stakeholders and senior leadership.
Provide subject matter expertise to enhance data-driven decision-making within the DoD IT portfolio.

Qualification

Required

Due to Federal requirements, all candidates must possess an active Secret clearance.
Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
Experience in data management, analysis, and integration.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and implement data governance and rationalization strategies.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred

Active TS/SCI clearance preferred
Experience supporting DoD CIO or other high-level DoD offices.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity compliance frameworks, scorecards, and reporting solutions.
Proficiency in developing policy frameworks, compliance reports, and stakeholder engagement plans.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to innovate in a complex environment.
