PPG is a leading company in the paints, coatings, and specialty materials industry. They are seeking a Data Management Analyst for their Aerospace division to ensure data integrity and support business initiatives through effective data management.
Complete requested master data object creations and updates in ERP (QAD) and other supporting systems, aligning with defined policies, procedures, and workflows; ensuring a high degree of data integrity and accuracy.
Determine priority of and execute tasks in a dynamic environment and adjust priorities based on evolving situations to meet timelines.
Directly partner with internal customers and functional partners for follow-up, clarification, verification, and troubleshooting.
Actively participate in data related projects and support business initiatives.
Identify, escalate, and resolve data and system related issues as needed.
Research and recommend improvements and updates to procedures and documentation.
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree.
2+ years of experience working on an ERP system or similar database such as SAP or Oracle.
Strong experience with data integrity to ensure accuracy of detail and data.
Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) tools such as QAD, Laserfiche, Informatica MDM, or similar.
Advanced MS Excel including vlookup, Power Query, concatenate, filter functions, and related automation applications.
Due to the nature of the work, US citizenship is required.
