Responsibilities

Develop management reports, applications, and ad-hoc analyses to provide business insights for senior management
Identify process and technology capability gaps and opportunities that the CX organization or individual functional teams should address to increase data quality and produce operational metrics
Create and maintain a unified “one source of truth” view (“analytics layer”) that will provide consistent and easily accessible data
Manipulate and analyze complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources using a variety of tools and data analysis techniques
Work with business partners to understand their data and reporting needs and make recommendations on reporting and visualization solutions to accomplish their goals
Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Contribute to the overall strategy and direction of the analytics team, aligning with company’s goals and objectives.
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members and help them connect business context with technical solutions

Qualification

Required

Bachelor’s Degree
Effectively manage multiple projects to meet tight timelines
Proficiency in Data Visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI
Proficiency in SQL
Proficiency in Python for data analysis
Data modeling, and strategies for cleaning and validating data at scale
Ability to work in a collaborative setting and effectively communicate technical concepts to broad audience
