Responsibilities

Analyze and understand customer data submitted in flat file formats
Parse (transform) data into defined formats
Continuously assess and mitigate risks following consistent best practices
Deliver output that meets client business and technical requirements
Enter and maintain client roster information across multiple systems
Identify, troubleshoot, and contain production issues
Effectively and professionally communicate with colleagues across departments
Estimate the risks, feasibility, and work effort associated with change requests

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher
Experience working with importing/exporting of sensitive data
Analytical thinking with strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and meet delivery timelines across multiple projects
Adherence to workflow processes that minimize risk and follow best practices
Ability to work well in group problem-solving situations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
