Edgewell Personal Care manufactures and markets a diversified range of personal care products. The Category Development Analyst role involves supporting category development and sales projects through in-depth analysis, including the development of category growth stories and performance reporting.
Provide analysis, insights, and recommendations for category management projects and initiatives utilizing Circana data sources and reporting tools.
Build, update, and refresh dashboards/scorecards for regular and accurate business performance reporting.
Support the development of category presentations incorporating syndicated data and other sources of data that address business issues.

Bachelor’s degree

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; experience working in a complex, dynamic organization and driving collaboration with various key stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams.
Ability to collaborate with external vendor client service teams.
Motivated independent, self-starter that is comfortable in start-up type atmosphere and is willing and ready to 'roll their sleeves up'.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Circana/Nielsen iQ and database management.
Clear understanding of how to pull data from Circana Unify/Nielsen AOD platform for POS and Panel data for analytics and report development.
Some hands on experience or base understanding of JDA POG and RichMix/SKURat efficient assortment tools.
High attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to develop category stories leveraging consumer and shopper knowledge (i.e., Kantar KRiQ, Mintel, etc).
Base understanding of qualitative and quantitative shopper and consumer surveys and how to apply to business initiatives.
