DISH Network provides television entertainment and technology to customers with its satellite DISH TV and streaming SLING TV services. The Business Intelligence Analyst - Retail Wireless will collaborate with various teams to support business initiatives, develop performance reporting, and conduct analysis to guide future projects.
Work closely with various teams (Operations, Engineering, Device, Marketing, Sales, IT) in support of business initiatives.
Leverage insights data to guide and instruct future initiatives.
Develop and maintaining performance reporting, measurement tools and key performance indicators.
Deliver executive-level qualitative and/or quantitative presentations and reports.
Assist the department manager of Enterprise Wireless to understand the portfolio of KPIs and maintain/run the processes that feed those metrics.
Ensure the timely distribution of reports, work to automate processes where possible and utilize troubleshooting skills to identify and rectify issues.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis, data gathering/mining and other special projects.
Qualification
Required
Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Analytics and Information Systems, Electrical and Electronics Engineering or closely related.
2 years of relevant post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or Software Engineer or Business Intelligence Analyst.
2 years of experience with/using SQL coding and data retrieval, DBA skills.
1 year of experience with/using Quantitative analysis techniques, diagnostic statistical analysis and predictive or prescriptive analytics.
2 years of experience with/using Data engineering and pipeline management for data automation.
