They are seeking proactive analysts for their Business Analyst Program, where candidates will gain experience in project management, testing, and validating client-based solutions over a 2-2.5-year period.
Learn and support in house application management, which include support, maintenance and upkeep with corporate security and audit policies and controls.
Assist with the creation, maintenance and deployment of data analytics, department dashboards, and analytics for project and resource management. Opportunities to learn how and develop process changes, enhancements and develop strategies related to data collection.
Learn about the client certification process, specifically tools and functions utilized. This knowledge will be translated into learning, deploying and implement in house built bots to improve usage of tools and workflow strategies.
Provide outside perspective on existing process and strategies to assist with client engagement, improved experience for resources and clients, and reduce time and effort for an enhanced project experience.
Qualification
Required
Recent graduate of a bachelor's degree program completed in December 2023 or after with a major in Information Technology, Project Management, Business Management or Operations
You must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.

Preferred
Familiarity with HTML/CSS;PowerBi;SQL;JSON;AWS
Excellent written and verbal communication
Experience in Excel and PowerPoint, and have a technical aptitude to learn new applications quickly
