Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance data collection methods, reporting processes, and analytical frameworks to improve efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness. Promotes and evangelizes a culture of excellence, data driven discussions, healthy skepticism, intellectual curiosity, knowledge sharing, and teamwork
  • Able to articulate product suite internally & externally, making observations, elevate to leadership
  • Organize and analyze data from various sources such as market research, internal and external viewership data, audiences, and other research tools to create and share actionable insights to support our sales teams.
  • Can look at data, a problem, or client feedback and think through how we can provide a solution.
  • Can think about the big picture and see where a situation fits in the roadmap internally while weighing the revenue implications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide strategic data analysis aligning with business goals and directives.
  • Monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics to identify emerging opportunities, potential risks, and critical areas for improvement.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark our performance against industry standards, identify gaps, and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate key findings, actionable insights, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualification

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-5 Years of relevant work experience
