The Analyst - Advanced Business Analytics role involves strategy development and performance analysis to optimize portfolio results, requiring strong analytical skills and collaboration with various partners.
Conduct strategy A/B tests in Auto servicing areas to improve portfolio performance and efficiency of operations; able to manage strategy rollouts from idea/inception to post implementation monitoring
Analyze monthly operating results and trends in portfolio performance; identify areas of opportunity and research potential recommendation for actions
Collaboratively work with operational and other matrix partners to ensure alignment with strategic imperatives
Able to deliver accurate analysis within expected timelines
Qualification
Required
1+ years of hands-on analytics experience required
Bachelor’s degree Required
Strong SQL skills required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Effective time management and organizational skills
Preferred
1+ years of hands-on analytics experience in the consumer lending industry
Bachelor’s degree, BS or BA in Analytics, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field with quantitative focus
Experience with Python and/or R
Preferred experience and knowledge of consumer financing industry (e.g. auto, card, mortgage etc.)
