They are seeking participants for their G.Future Leadership Development Program in Data Analytics, which aims to develop future leaders through an intensive 18-month training program that includes on-the-job learning and mentorship. Participants will tackle significant business challenges while building a set of managerial, analytical, and technical skills.

Responsibilities

Involved in the data collection and organization of data to enable business growth and competitiveness
Create data assets that can fit to our integrated data layer, so that they are fully prepared for reporting, insights, and AI applications
Work on stability in data for building trust across the organization
Enabling business growth and competitiveness through empowerment, collaboration, and trust.

Qualification

Required

Bachelor’s degree in: Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics or other applicable degree
Detail oriented
Recent college graduate or planning to graduate in 2025
A high learning agility and willingness to adapt and develop continuously
Must be legally authorized to work in the Canada without requiring current or future sponsorship for employment
Ability to travel to various locations within the United States and Canada during the length of the program

Preferred

Preference for those with a degree-related internship experience
Record of high academic achievement (Minimum GPA 2.5, preferred GPA 3.0 or higher)
Well-rounded applicants with leadership roles in student organizations or extra-curricular activities
