Responsibilities

Manage and maintain an Extended Detection and Response (XDR) system.
Respond to incidents and emergencies 24/7/365.
Monitor, detect, and respond to potential or actual threats to the company's networks and systems.
Develop and implement playbooks, processes, and automation for incident management and response.
Perform regular tests, exercises, and drills of response plans to ensure preparedness.
Manage and analyze problems, conduct root cause analysis, and perform postmortem reviews following incidents.
Conduct forensic investigations and collaborate with law enforcement and regulatory bodies as necessary during and after incidents.

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security or related field required with at least 2+ years Incident response or related IT security experience.
OR Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Cyber Security or related field with at least 1+ years Incident response or related IT security experience.
Foundational understanding of Information Security, IT in general and IT Infrastructure with a focus on security operations.
Ability to quickly and accurately triage security events and incidents to stop immediate threats.
Ability to collaborate and build positive relationships across multiple team members and stakeholders.
Agile thinking and analysis that leads to win-win and innovative solutions.
