The Cyber Security IAM Analyst will implement automation capabilities in Bell's Identity Management solution to ensure scalable IAM services, focusing on systems analysis, software configuration, and testing automation.

Responsibilities

Understand and adhere to cybersecurity, IAM, and compliance principles and best practices.
Identify, architect, and develop automation solutions that reduce human manual efforts.
Perform systems analysis and software configuration to implement new features and functionality into the EmpowerID solution improving its usability, performance, and application integrations.
Develop and execute both manual and automated unit, regression, integration, and acceptance tests of the Passport application.
Develop a strong understanding of application provisioning to serve as a liaison between the EmpowerID developers and the administrators of the solution.

Qualification

Required

Experience developing with Microsoft SQL and PowerShell.
A basic understanding of Active Directory and access control fundamentals.
Familiarity with development, collaboration, and testing tools (JIRA, Git, Azure DevOps, etc.).
Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in problem solving.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office - specifically Microsoft Excel.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or other relevant degree.
2 years experience working in an IT department or other IT related field.
